Quality Policy
The current market situation and, more generally, the turbulence of the times we are going through, necessarily require increasing attention to our production and commercial proposal to meet most of the expectations that our customers demand.
For this reason, our Company has decided to undertake, during 2023, the path of ISO 9001 certification, to give even greater credibility to what it already pursues in terms of:
- strict control of production according to pre-considered standards,
- assistance and after-sales service for our products,
- technological innovation on products or preparation methods according to technical-scientific evolution, ensuring consistency and reliability while simultaneously containing production costs and complying with current safety and environmental regulations, both in the production phase and in usage,
- satisfaction, in the broadest sense possible, of the expectations of our customers and all stakeholders in the context in which we operate.
In general terms, the achievement of the above objectives will be pursued through:
- an active risk assessment in all company activities,
- strict control of the materials used in the production cycle,
- strict compliance with the prescriptions provided for processing processes,
- control and monitoring of testing, measuring, and testing equipment used to define and verify quality specifications,
- compliance with and verification of conformity of the specifications defined in the production standards,
- planning of adequate programs for training, education, and qualification of personnel,
- involvement and active participation of staff at all levels in activities influencing qualitative consistency,
- constant monitoring of the degree of satisfaction of our customers,
The above will lead our Company to act in every department with increasing determination and competence as provided for by internal procedures, deriving tangible benefits in terms of:
- reduction of non-compliant products,
- reduction of production rework,
- mitigation of complaints and returns,
- acquisition of new market shares,
- introduction of our presence in new market sectors,
- strengthening of the company’s image,
- greater penetration in foreign markets,
- enhancement of internal know-how and consequent high qualification of the workforce,
